Streaky Bay

Mid-West Health, Streaky Bay has a role of providing low risk inpatient services in the domains of General Practice Medicine, Surgery (as per the Department of Human Services protocol for low volume hospitals) and uncomplicated obstetrics, having in-house sterilisation CSSD services. It has at its disposal 19 beds for acute inpatient and high - level residential care. Short-term high level respite services may also be provided subject to the availability of beds. The Hospital provides a 24-hour casualty and outpatient service with a Registered Nurse on duty.
