Port Lincoln Health Services - Annual Report pdf 999kb

The Port Lincoln Community Health Service incorporates a wide range of community and allied health services. We employ a team of Health Professionals to provide a comprehensive range of health services to Port Lincoln and the surrounding region. These services are located on the ground floor of Port Lincoln Health Services and in the West Wing. Outreach services reach into areas of the Lower Eyre Peninsula and sometimes further afield in the case of Regional Mental Health Services and the Aged Care Assessment Team.

It is our intent to provide a service that is responsive to the needs of the community. If you need some support for yourself, a family member, or even a neighbour or friend, please give us a call on (08) 8683 2077 to discuss what kind of support may be available. If we are unable to provide a service, we can usually help you identify someone else who can.

What costs are involved?

A small fee may be charged for some domiciliary care services including equipment. When receiving allied health services, fees may be charged for medical supplies and consumables. If in doubt please contact Community Health.

Who can use these services?

The Port Lincoln Community Health Services welcomes enquiries from the community about the services offered.
