Port Lincoln Health Services Inc
Situated on the picturesque Boston Bay and fully redeveloped in 1998 the Port Lincoln Health Services provides a modern 50 bed hospital complete with High Dependency Unit, Renal Dialysis and operating facilities. A comprehensive Community Health department complements the acute services and involves a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Podiatrists, Diabetes Educators, Dietitians, Community Nurses and Domiciliary Care. Primary Health Care, Health Promotion, community visits and interagency links are all an important part of the day-to-day workings of the health service. There is a wide range of visiting surgeons and the facility has a clinical variety of medical, Special Care, surgical, obstetric, palliative care and paediatric beds.
A 24 hour Accident and Emergency service is available for emergency cases.
There is a Mental Health Team sited on the premises which offers those persons who have a need to be seen locally.

Wards:
Eyre Ward
Comprises of 10 medical and surgical beds, with twin share rooms. This ward also includes a special care unit, one twin share and one single room, equipped for two beds. The special care unit offers an advanced life support learning package for staff.
Maternity
An 8 bed ward consisting of twin rooms. The unit has a level 1 nursery fully equipped to care for sick babies until a retrieval team arrives. The labour ward has 2 fully equipped rooms for women and their support people, to have their baby.
Flinders Ward
Adult and paediatric facilities incorporating 26 beds. Twin share and limited single rooms available. Complementing the ward is a shared patient lounge and a “room for reflection” to enable privacy and time away from the ward environment.
